We can add additional items to an existing order if it hasn’t been shipped with the courier by invoicing you for those items separately.
If you would like to exchange anything in an order that has not been booked with the courier, we will need to cancel your order and issue you with a voucher to the value of the order amount.
You can then checkout with the voucher and your new items.
Note that the voucher is a single use code so you need to use the full amount, anything balance remaining cannot be redeemed after the initial use of the voucher code.
Shipping costs vary from country to country. All orders are shipped from Johannesburg, South Africa. Delivery fees are calculated during checkout upon entering your delivery address.
Orders are processed weekdays between 9am and 4pm. Our courier partners typically collect parcels between 11am and 14:00. If you order after the courier has collected for the day, your parcel will be collected from our premises the following working day. During busy periods, please allow for an additional 24 hours of processing time on your order.
Our courier partners only work weekdays and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
All payments are processed safely and securely via PayPal’s payment portal. If you would like to make a wire transfer to a Wise (formely TransferWise) account, please contact us via our Contact page for assistance prior to placing your order.
Free shipping is applied automatically on orders over $100.
This means that we will first order the product from our supplier and ship it to you within 5 – 7 working days.
If you have ordered items that are in stock with items that ship in 5 – 7 days, the entire order will still be shipped in 5 – 7 days.
The time frame of 5 – 7 days starts after payment has been received and not when the order is received.

We will ship with FedEx or UPS. Where available, either or both options will appear during checkout. We do not ship using the postal service.
